
Dessert Near You is a bakery & cookies brand leveraging TikTok as a primary growth channel. While engagement was strong, the brand needed a clearer path from content to purchase. Dragtille designed and executed a structured TikTok content funnel that guided audiences from awareness to buying intent, transforming TikTok into a consistent revenue and demand-generation channel.
While Dessert Near You was producing content on TikTok, engagement alone wasn’t enough to drive consistent sales. Content lacked a clear structure to move viewers from awareness to action, resulting in missed opportunities to convert interest into purchases.
Additionally, without a defined content funnel, it was difficult to build sustained buying intent. Views and engagement existed, but they were not consistently translating into profile clicks, product interest, or repeat demand.

The campaign generated RM94K+ in total GMV, supported by 2,590+ completed orders and 3,600+ items sold. As demand increased, the brand achieved a 2.5× growth in average daily customers, demonstrating sustained purchase intent rather than one-off spikes.
Content performance also scaled effectively, with 160K+ total page views generated across the funnel. Despite higher order volume, operational efficiency remained stable, with the refund rate kept below 3%, indicating strong product-market fit and customer satisfaction.
