1. Introduction

By engaging our services, accessing our website, or working with our team, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all clients, users, and partners of Dragtille.

2. Services

Dragtille provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Ecommerce & Shopify Development

• Landing Page, Web & Mobile App Development

• Marketplace Management (Shopee, TikTok Shop)

• Automation, Server Management & Consultation

The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each project will be defined and agreed upon before work begins.

3. Project Scope & Changes

• Any work outside the agreed scope is considered out-of-scope and may require additional cost and timeline adjustment.

• Change requests must be communicated clearly and approved before execution.

• Dragtille reserves the right to reject requests that significantly alter the original agreement.

4. Payment Terms

• All fees, payment schedules, and milestones will be agreed upon in advance.

• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless stated otherwise in writing.

• Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information, content, and assets on time

• Respond to feedback and approvals promptly

• Ensure they have the rights to any materials provided to Dragtille

Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated.

• Dragtille retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, marketing, and case study purposes.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent, unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dragtille is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunities

• Third-party platform issues (e.g. Shopify, Shopee, TikTok)

• Client-side errors or misuse of delivered systems

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Dragtille operates.
