Dragtille started quietly — as a freelance side project during our university years at UiTM. What began as a way to earn extra income slowly grew into something more meaningful when we started helping local communities and small businesses build websites, brands, and basic digital systems around 2021.

As projects increased, a pattern became clear. Many businesses weren’t struggling because they lacked effort or ambition — they were struggling because their systems couldn’t keep up. Tools didn’t connect, workflows were manual and messy, and decision-making was often based on guesswork instead of clarity. Growth wasn’t blocked by ideas, but by fragmented execution behind the scenes.

That realization forced a shift. Rather than trying to do everything for everyone, Dragtille began narrowing its focus on commerce — both online and offline. The goal was simple: help merchants build connected, scalable digital systems that support growth instead of slowing it down.

Over time, this focus deepened. From ecommerce platforms to marketplaces, internal operations, and automation, Dragtille evolved from “building things” into designing systems. Today, backed by hands-on experience across industries such as Food & Beverage, Logistics, Fashion, and Beauty, Dragtille exists to help growing brands navigate complexity with clarity — and build technology that works quietly, reliably, and sustainably behind the scenes.
