
Transatisfy is a logistics and transportation company operating across multiple service types, including freight transport, warehousing, customs, and cross-border logistics. As operations grew more complex, Transatisfy required a centralized system to replace fragmented tools and manual workflows that limited visibility, coordination, and scalability.
Dragtille partnered with Transatisfy to design and build a custom logistics management software that unifies all logistics operations into a single, synchronized platform. The goal was to provide real-time visibility, reduce operational risk, and create a scalable foundation to support long-term growth across services and regions.
Transatisfy’s logistics operations were spread across different tools, spreadsheets, and manual workflows. This fragmentation created data silos, coordination gaps between teams, and increased the risk of handling errors, delays, and miscommunication.
Without a centralized system, it was difficult to track shipments accurately, synchronize updates across departments, and maintain operational control across multiple logistics services. As service volume grew, these limitations made scaling operations both risky and inefficient.
Dragtille designed and developed a centralized logistics management software tailored specifically to Transatisfy’s operational workflows. The system unified all logistics services—including Ocean, Air, Land, Customs, Warehousing, and Project Cargo—into a single synchronized platform.
Core modules were structured to ensure real-time data consistency across teams, enabling accurate shipment tracking, load management, and operational status updates. We optimized workflows to reduce manual handling, improve coordination, and minimize operational friction between departments.
The system was built with scalability in mind, allowing Transatisfy to expand services and operational complexity without compromising stability or visibility.
With the new logistics management software in place, Transatisfy achieved centralized control across all logistics services within a single system. Operational visibility improved significantly, allowing teams to track shipments, routes, and service progress in real time.
Manual handling errors and coordination gaps were reduced, leading to smoother cross-department collaboration and faster issue resolution. Most importantly, the platform now provides a scalable system foundation that supports future service expansion, operational growth, and more efficient logistics execution.
